Obtaining Support

When you call for Enterpol support issues please be prepared to help us by providing the following information, so the right Support Team member can be assigned to call you.

  • Agency name
  • Your name
  • Call back number
  • Brief description of issue, including which Enterpol product

 

Support Contact Methods

Support may be obtained by one of three methods:

  1. Email your support requests to help@enterpol.com. Please include the requested information above. Our system will automatically create a ticket for our support team. You will receive an email confirming we have received your request. This is the MOST efficient way to obtain support. The first available support representative will contact you.
  2. If you would like to use our internet Support Portal to submit or track outstanding support requests, go to here. Sign in to the support site with your email and assigned password.
  3. Call us at 573-634-5000. Enterpol support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. After-hours emergency answering service is available on nights, holidays, & weekends–with paging of appropriate Enterpol personnel.
