Huber & Associates retains a highly qualified team of Application Developers dedicated to Enterpol Support and Development.  Enterpol support does not stop with simply solving problems; it includes enhancements to the system and many additional features and benefits.  Your annual support investment includes:

• Telephone Support Available 7 x 24:
  • Help Desk Monday – Friday, 8 – 5 CST
  • After-hours emergency answering service on nights, holidays and weekends—with paging of appropriate Enterpol personnel (per hour charge)
• On-line submission and tracking of support and enhancement requests
• Huber & Associates Developers are also available for on-site services and/or training, for a daily rate plus travel expenses. 
• Repair of Enterpol software issues identified by Enterpol customers or by the Enterpol Team
• New Enterpol system features added frequently
• New versions and releases of Enterpol Software—free of charge
• Database replication with enhanced ability to provide remote support of Enterpol.  (Application enhancements done via Internet for optimised, trouble free updating)
• Assistance in making minor modifications specific to your agency, and guidance in determining the most cost-effective way to make agency-specific customizations
• Distribution of time saving tips to all Enterpol customers.

One of the most significant benefits of Enterpol Support is the opportunity for Enterpol Agencies to replicate a copy of their Enterpol Dispatch History or RMS databases to Huber & Associates secure servers in Jefferson City, Missouri.  This included feature provides for help with recovery of Enterpol records in the event of a hardware failure or natural disaster.  (Note: this does not replace the need for standard local backup procedures).  Where many companies charge hundreds of dollars a month for this type of off site hosting feature, this part of the dynamic Enterpol Solutions is GRATIS for our clients and included in the annual support subscription.
