What is included in Enterpol Implementation, Setup, & Training?
Each Enterpol Installation is treated differently and is based on individual agency requirements and customized to fit your agency's specific operating needs and requirements. We take ALL agency Implementation, Setup and Training very seriously, after all, the success of the Enterpol deployment in your agency depends on a job well done. Your agency will be ready to go live with all Enterpol applications as soon as our Enterpol Team leaves your agency. Our goal with each Enterpol dployment is to exceed your expectations.
Implementation & Setup:
Prior to the Enterpol Install Team arriving onsite for implementation, the Agency’s existing network server and client PC workstations would be up & running on the network. If you purchase hardware from Huber & Associates we will install and configure your server hardware and software for you, configure your client PCs and create your user accounts. Networking services may also be provided by Huber & Associates if needed.
Training:
Hands-on training for end users is conducted at the customer site. Class size is limited to 10 people at a time (1 person per computer), so multiple training sessions per topic may be needed. Training may be conducted in a train-the-trainer environment depending on the size of your agency. The topics covered in training will depend upon the specific agency implementation. Following are the end user topics available, and the approximate time needed per session.

On-Site Cutover Support (1 - 2 Days)
System administration training will also be provided for designated person(s). During this training (normally 1 Day), the designated person(s) will learn basic Lotus Notes administration functions.
