Do I need a Server?
A server is required by Enterpol Solutions to provide a shared application environment within the agency. The server may also be used for file and print sharing, email, messaging, security measures, inventory, and shared accounting systems. Additionally a server will provide a seamless connection to back up technology for data protection.
All agency computers can access a central machine enabling faster access to information. The agency servers will allow all employees to efficiently share Enterpol information from within the network or remotely. The server will protect the agency’s confidential information and only allow access to employees with permission to view the data. The server will offer the reassurance that the agency information is safe, because servers back up all agency data enabling it to be recovered in the event of negligence or events beyond human control.
