    • Help Desk, Monday through Friday, 8 - 5 CST--with direct access to Enterpol Staff and second-level access to Lotus Notes Certified Application Developers.
    • After-hours emergency answering service on nights, holidays, & weekends--with paging of appropriate Enterpol personnel--for only $95/per incident or issue. (Our staff will stay on the problem as long as it takes to get the critical issue resolved.
    • Huber & Associates' Certified Specialists are also available for on-site customized services and/or training, for a daily rate, plus travel expenses. Please call for details.
    • Repair of software issues identified by Enterpol customers, or by Huber & Associates.
    • Enhancements to meet required State and Federally-mandated reporting requirements--at no additional cost to the Agency.
    • New Enterpol system features added every year -- at no additional cost to the Agency.
    • Powerful Database Query & Report Writing utilities are added -- at no additional cost to the Agency.
    • Online submission and tracking of support requests.
    • New versions and releases of Enterpol software -- free of charge.
    • Database replication with enhanced ability to provide remote support of servers. (Application enhancements/updates are done via Internet or dial-up modem.)
    • Basic help with Lotus Notes & Domino Server Administration.
    • Assistance in making minor modifications specific to the Agency, and guidance in determining the most cost-effective way to make Agency-specific customizations.
    • Distribution of time-saving tips to all Enterpol customers.
    • Post-installation data integrity audits.
    • One of the most significant benefits of Enterpol Support is the opportunity for Enterpol Agencies to replicate a copy of their Enterpol databases to Huber & Associates’ secure servers in Jefferson City, Missouri. This no-cost feature provides for help with recovery of Enterpol records in the event of a hardware failure or natural disaster. (Note: this does not replace the need for standard local backup procedures.)
