Inventory - Provides a place to track all inventory within each agency.
Sex Offender Database.- Registration of all know sex offenders.
Drug Offender Database - Track known drug offenders. Task force, etc.
Internal Audit Database. - Secure audit database for internal records.
Pawn Shop- Provides a place to store and track pawn items and their previous owners, pawn ticket numbers, and pawn item descriptions.
Vehicle Maintenance- Provides tracking of vehicle maintenance and fuel for all an agency's vehicles.
Officer Training (both on Enterpol and required hours)- Tracks the number of training hours for each officer as well as course and instructor information.
Policies & Procedures - Provides a place for agencies to electronically store handbooks containing all policies and procedures.
Media Releases- Allows agencies to store only the information provided to the press in a separate database from RMS.
Daily Information- Customized for each agency’s specific needs. Tracks activities on any given date for each officer.
Disaster Assistance- Tracks any resources (equipment, people, and skills) available in the event of a disaster.
Scheduling- Allows an agency to maintain a schedule for its employees.
Personnel- Contains names, addresses, and phone numbers needed by each agency staff member.
