Interfaces for Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)
Interface between Enterpol CAD and E911 (agency CIU required). This interface is specifically designed to automatically create a call in Enterpol from an agency's enhanced 911 ANI/ALI data.
Interface between Enterpol CAD and Priority Dispatch ProQA. It is functional with all three ProQA modules—Police, Fire, and EMS. This allows the dispatcher to work through the occurrence in the ProQA software while tracking it in Enterpol CAD. Provides for both vertical and horizontal integration.
Interface between Enterpol CAD and ESRI mapping. It is a custom use interface to ESRI ArcGis and ArcVIEW. It allows the dispatcher to receive mapped information against the location of an incident or a unit. This is also used in RMS to track and point out incidents based on a user’s search criteria.
Interface between Enterpol CAD and the Firehouse FRMS application. Transfers information such as call time, route time, and on scene time regularly tracked by firehouse applications from Enterpol CAD.
Interface between Enterpol CAD and MEDS allows the dispatcher to have immediate electronic access to the life saving instructions from the MEDS application.
Interfaces for Records Management System (RMS)
Interface between Enterpol RMS to both Incode Court and Courtware. All ticket, warrant and disposition information entered into Incode Court or Courtware will be automatically transferred to Enterpol RMS to process.

VINES Victim Notification System
Interface between Enterpol JMS and the Victim Information and Notification Everyday System. This alerts victims when a prisoner is released from jail.
LiveScan Digital Fingerprint
Interface between Enterpol Jail Management System to CrossMatch through Sagem-Morpho. This interface is able to exchange data with Sagem Morpho’s Livescan Biometric Identification Software allowing seamless integration which eliminates the hassles of duplicate data entry.

This vehicle mounted computing solution with wireless capability means officers have realtime access to information and database files, as well as the ability to communicate with dispatch and headquarters.
