Enterpol Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) tracks incoming calls for service and available resources utilizing an easy-to-use, intuitive interface. Logs are created that reflect all activity associated with both calls and units, and with just a few clicks, the logs can be queried right from within CAD System. Our interface is kept simple which insures a small amount of training for a new dispatcher. A user-friendly interface simplifies routine tasks of dispatching. A number of keyboard access keys are available so that much of the application can be operated through shortcuts. (In pressure situations, shortcuts can save crucial seconds!)
